Well. Not sure what the full conversation is about. But here is a fact. HR is definitely one of the depts that should seriously work on improving general perception. They should do a better marketing, maybe. Which is interesting: it’s supposed to be the dept within the enterprise with the major goal of understanding employee needs. Instead, it’s seen as a slow and mistrustful machine.
